Seeley Wallis Investments is a full-service real estate development company. Our primary focus is commercial real estate development in the Southeast with an emphasis on build-to-suit freestanding projects.
Since becoming partners in 1996 Bill Seeley and Bill Wallis have been fortunate enough, through the trust placed in us by our client’s, to have developed over 80 properties.
Because of our experience in site selection for national restaurant and retail chains we understand the unique requirements of our tenants enabling us to consistently deliver sites that result in successful locations for them.
Our mission is simple, to help our restaurant and retail clients successfully meet their goal: opening profitable new locations.
