Dean started his career at Keller Williams in Franklin. He partnered with a fellow Realtor and later they were recruited to join the top Century 21 team in Tennessee. Dean worked with them as a Buyer’s Agent. After working with two of the top Realtors in Middle Tennessee, he gained confidence and experience, so Dean decided to move his career to RE/MAX and The Ashton Real Estate Group. With The Ashton Real Estate Group, Dean has more freedom to work directly with both buyers and sellers. He loves being a part of the #1 Real Estate team in Tennessee, and the #3 RE/MAX team in the United States. The Ashton Real Estate Group is also the Official Real Estate team of the Tennessee Titans.

In 2014, he set a personal high for average home sales price and referral business. 85% of his closings came from past client referrals and relationships.
