The Pelloni Group is comprised of several privately-held corporations that develop, own, and operate real estate properties. Located in Lake Mary, Florida, the Pelloni Group’s activities include the investment of capital; the selection and purchase of developable land; the acquisition of development entitlements; the planning, marketing and construction of improvements; the management of completed developments; and the sale of completed real estate developments. Projects have successfully been completed in the industrial, retail and office segments of the real estate market.
