Escrow Services of Tennessee, LLC is a locally owned and operated real estate title and closing company. We close real estate transactions and issue title insurance for both residential and commercial property. Our core team has worked together since January 1, 2000. Our owners and team members live here, in Nashville, Franklin, and Thompson’s Station. We know and love the area, its neighborhoods, and its people. Buying, selling, borrowing, and moving can be stressful. We want our customers and their realtors and lenders to feel comfortable and relaxed while they are with us, while still fully understanding their transactions. A closing should be a happy time for all involved, not scary or intimidating. So, we pride ourselves in providing excellent and efficient real estate closing services with professionalism, but without the stuffiness you might find in some title companies or law firms.
