I am a Real Estate professional with over 17 years of experience across the spectrum of RE services holding licenses in both Florida and Tennessee. My specialty is using creative target marketing in order to result in selling your property faster and at the highest dollar the market will allow. Negotiating, and determining home values are skills I have mastered over the many years. I have done my research and know the real estate market and work hard to successfully get my clients to the closing table with the least amount of problems. The complexities of today’s real estate market demand much more than the average Realtor’s license to properly counsel buyers and sellers. I spend many additional hours per week educating myself and keeping up with the latest trends, and marketing techniques to keep my skill set above par for my clients.
