Chris Burke, is an office and industrial investments advisor exclusively representing buyers and sellers of investment properties. Chris joined the Orlando office as an Associate and became a member of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Chris’ expertise in market conditions allows him to help maximize clients’ return on their real estate investments. These services include, but are not limited to advisory, underwriting, valuation, sale and acquisition strategies for commercial real estate owners and developers.
Chris Burke earned his (MBA) Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship. He volunteers his time to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando and Osceola as a finance committee member, is an accomplished technologies entrepreneur consultant, and a seasoned world surfer.
