Marilyn and Terry co-founded Blankenship Properties team within Fridrich & Clark Realty in order to leverage their two backgrounds to provide a truly excellent client experience.

Marilyn is a broker, past president of the Tennessee chapter of Certified Residential Specialists, past Board member of Greater Nashville Realtors, past Director of Tennessee Realtors. An award-winning realtor, Marilyn also leverages great communication and negotiation skills. She is a native of the greater Nashville area.

Also a native Nashvillian, Terry is a graduate of Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management with an MBA degree and holds PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. An affiliate broker, Terry comes from a background of executive leadership in the healthcare industry and Big 4 consulting. A past member of Williamson County Association of Realtors’ Professional Development Committee, Terry presently sits on Tennessee Association of Realtor’s Global Business Forum.Type your paragraph here.
